SHIPPING

• Standard delivery (2-4 days) is R75 across South Africa 
• Express delivery (overnight) is extra charge on request
• We will be process your order within 1-2 business days.
• As soon as we have sent your parcel on the way you will receive a tracking number which you can use to follow your phone necklace until it finally reaches you.
• If you have paid via EFT we will sent out your parcel as soon as the payment has reflected in our bank account. This might take another 1-2 business days as some bank institutions take longer than others. 

RETURNS

• We have a 7 day return policy. All returns after 7 days will not be refunded or exchanged.
• Please note that your item must be unused within the original packaging and in the same condition as you have received it. Shipping fees won't be refunded.
• Email us at hello@acht.co.za including your order number to request a return.
