How can I track my order?

We got you covered! As soon as your order has left our warehouse you will get an email with your tracking number.


Customer Care:

I just received my 8 phone necklace and it looks scratched!

This might be because you haven't removed the screen plastic protection on the back of the case. Just release the plastic and you will not only be handsfree, you will also be more plastic free :)

My phone necklace is broken, what should I do?

Please send us an email on hello@acht.co.za and describe the problem including your order number. Please don't forget to also add pictures. We'll get back to you in 3 to 5 days maximum.

Are the products handmade?

Each piece is unique and individually made so there may be slight variations in colour, size, shape or texture.

We will not be held liable for any inicidents that may take place. Please also not that we do not guarantee the integrity of your smartphone. Scratches may occur from the split rings or particles that can get inside the case.

We know that our products are loved by everyone, but please be careful when your children play with it as they consist of small parts.
